Wednesday, July 23:

5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Mixer on the Deck (cocktail hour, heavy hors d'oeuvres)

7:00 p.m. - opening Keynote - The Joy of Conferencing - Pat McGaughey,

8:00 p.m. - Enjoy the Inn's amenities and have time around the firepit with s'mores.  Sunset cruises on the pontoons will be offered to attendees.

Thursday, July 24:

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. -

11:15 - 12:15 -
Breakouts (30 minutes facilitated followed by 30 minutes of group discussion)

                        3.) Veterans Roundtable (for senior staff with 10+ years of experience)

12:15 – 1:15 - Lunch:  “It’s on the Table” Discussions/Lunch on Picnic tables outside (Each table grouping is assigned different topic –participants choose which topic table to sit at and discuss during lunch)

1:30 – 2:30 Breakout #2 - utilizing 30 min. facilitator; 30 minute group discuss, share, etc.
                        1.)  Partnerships / Collaborations / Mergers
  
                        2.)  Legislation / Federation / Public Policy
                        3.)  Social Media

        
2:45 – 3:45  Breakout #3- utilizing 30 min. facilitator; 30 minute group discuss, share, etc. - breakouts by region
                       

4 – 6 PM – Fun Time (Horseback riding, swimming, sand volleyball, biking, boating, etc.)

6:30 - ??  Cookout , Cash Bar, Music on the outside deck 


Friday, July 25:

11:00 a.m. – Noon - Rotating tables on six discussion topics:
           Chamber Dynamics
           Burnout
           Multiple Hat Syndrome—Just what is my role? 
           PR issues
           Handling Disasters 
           Awards/Scholarships

Noon – Lunch on Deck – engaging new members and connecting them to experienced staff

Closing with optional afternoon of Golf or Putt-Putt Challenge per registration interest received
