Chamber Day At The Statehouse

Sponsored By:

Join peers from more than a dozen other chambers from around Indiana for the 2018 Statewide Chamber Day at the Statehouse, coordinated by the ICEA.

If your chamber has never participated in a prior Chamber Day At The Statehouse, this information is worth a re-share to assist your team with preparation as we enter the final week for reservations.

Here's what you need to do to participate:
1.)  Invite your members to attend with you.  Definitely target your governmental affairs committee members and Board members, however many chambers open this to the entire membership.  You will collect names for registration and submit one list to ICEA to assure that your delegates are seated together.  You may register on-line or, if registering a large group, submit a completed excel file to shelli@iceaonline.com by the dead-line.

2.)  Invite your state legislators to participate as part of your team.  Your business leaders will love the opportunity to have lunch with state legislators.

3.)  Plan follow up meetings in the afternoon at the statehouse for your delegates to meet with legislators and key leaders while in Indy.

4.)  Target February 1 to get your reservation count submitted to info@iceaonline.com so that we guarantee an accurate number for the luncheon.  Attendee names need to be turned in no later than February 7th.  Payment needs to be made in advance of Chamber Day and we ask that your local chamber collect payment from your participants and send one check or credit card payment to ICEA to cover all of your delegates.

5.)  The Agenda includes:
