ICEA is the professional development organization for chamber staff throughout Indiana. In addition to our two statewide conferences held annually, ICEA offers many training opportunities that target specific elements of staff development. These popular workshops include:

The Hoosier Chamber Academy - offering streamline nuts-n-bolts information on general chamber operations. Through presentations and discussion groups, participants gain new insight, knowledge and practical take-home skills. The Academy is offered on alternating years and includes a series of four one-day sessions from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. held in Indianapolis.

Webinars - ICEA strives to make it easy for our members to learn with a series of delivery methods. Webinars will be held quarterly for ICEA members to streamline and focus on practical skills for enhancing the operations of your chamber.

Building Membership - offered annually, Building Membership is an intense one-day workshop experience in which participants will rotate through a series of small group discussion all targeting enhanced skills for membership recruitment and retention. Building Membership offers participants a wealth of take home ideas shared among the peer chamber group.
