Governance & Leadership

ICEA is governed by an 11-member board of directors elected annually by our members. Board members may serve up to two consecutive three-year terms. All six geographic regions of ICEA, as well as a representative from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, are represented on the Board of Directors.
