Each year, ICEA sponsors a wide variety of programs and conferences of interest to Chamber professionals. Annually during February/March, ICEA hosts its annual conference & awards luncheon in Indianapolis. This two-day conference offers quality programs and speakers designed to increase the skills and knowledge of our members.

Annually during the summer/fall, ICEA holds a second professional development state-wide conference. This three-day event is hosted at various cities around Indiana. This conference also provides quality programs and speakers and is a great opportunity for team building among staff.

On alternating years, ICEA’s Academy program is held. Started in 2003, Academy takes place on four separate Fridays in March, April, May and June. Academy is a high quality program on chamber management “essentials” geared for today’s chamber executives and professional staff.
